Weight Loss

I have been attending Weight Watchers for 8 weeks. As of today, I have lost 17.6 pounds. It has not been hard, either. I have cut down what I eat, but have not gone to rabbit food and cardboard! I count my points and am careful about how I use them. I also exercise some but not much. Brad has lost over 30 pounds in the same time frame. I feel so much better. My energy has sky-rocketed! I hope to be much lighter soon. I will keep you updated!

Congratulations! Wow...I bet you guys are looking great! I have lost 15 pounds and Tracy has lost about 12 since mid-January. We are trying not to starve ourselves and just learn that when we cheat, we don't binge. We have also been exercising almost every day.
Keep it up! And remember, if you fail for a day or two, hop right back on your program!

Rebecca is doing WW too. I just told her that I did that before I got pregnant with Peyton and lost about 16 pounds. I really liked the program. Glad you found me. :)
